Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 6 Hours

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, work on your nasheed begins and we are unable to offer a cancellation refund.

3 Free Revisions

If you are not fully satisfied with your delivered nasheed, we offer 3 free revisions at no extra cost. Simply reply to your delivery email with your feedback and we will rework your nasheed.

Full Refund After Revisions

If after all 3 revisions you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund. We want you to be 100% happy with your Meruem — if we cannot deliver that, you do not pay.

How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
