By placing an order on Meruem (shopmeruem.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Meruem is a UK-based service that creates custom nasheeds delivered digitally via email.

Products & Delivery

• All products are custom digital nasheeds delivered via email
• Standard delivery is within 7 days of order confirmation
• 48-hour rush delivery is available for an additional fee
• Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout

Licence & Usage

When you purchase a nasheed from Meruem, you receive:

• A personal-use licence to play, download, and share your nasheed privately
• The right to play it at personal events (weddings, aqiqah, gatherings, etc.)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the nasheed
• Upload it to music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Claim authorship or copyright over the nasheed

Intellectual Property

All nasheeds created by Meruem remain the intellectual property of Meruem. The purchase grants you a personal-use licence as described above. Meruem reserves the right to use anonymised excerpts for promotional purposes unless you opt out.

Limitation of Liability

Meruem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
